Emile International School (hereinafter referred to as this facility) is designated by Cabinet Office as a \u201ccompany-led childcare business\u201d and has two international schools in Tsuboi and Kuhonji, Chuo Ward, Kumamoto City.
\r\nThe tax funded by the social insurance participation companies called \u201cchild-rearing contribution\u201d when paying for the social insurance is our resource. The government sets the management condition that we give priority to the children(51% or more than total capacity) of employees of social insurance participation companies (including part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance). Employees of various companies are able to enroll their children.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Company alliance course (social insurance)<\/dt>\r\n \t
This is a childcare course for those who work for a company which is aligned with Emile International School (hereinafter referred to as this facility). We provide flexible services like adjusting childcare time and serving dinner during extended childcare.\r\nYou are able to use this course by submitting the application form for a company alliance (alliance fee : free of charge). You can select this course even though your company is not aligned with us when you apply. \r\nAfter confirming the application, we will support your enrollment according to your wishes by handing over and visiting your workplace or\r\nexplaining over a phone call or remote presentation.<\/dd>\r\n \t
Local and general course<\/dt>\r\n \t
This is a course without a company alliance.
\r\nWe provide flexible services like adjusting childcare time and serving dinner at overtime childcare. We provide childcare under the same condition of a company alliance course.

2<\/span>Observing\/explanatory meeting<\/span><\/h3>\r\nWe will explain the policy of Emile International School (hereinafter referred to as this facility), our childcare and a flow until admission. It takes about an hour.(Reservation required)\r\n<\/section>\r\n\r\n

3<\/span>Registering aligned companies. \u203b If you prefer a company alliance course.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\r\nAfter confirming the application, we will hand over and visit your workplace or explain over a phone call or remote presentation, and will ask you to submit the application form for a company alliance (alliance fee : free of charge).\r\n<\/section>\r\n\r\n

4<\/span>Application for admission<\/span><\/h3>\r\nIf you hope to enroll your child, please submit the application form for admission reservation when you understand our policy. After receiving it, we will decide the official admission date and time have an interview. \r\n<\/section>\r\n\r\n

5<\/span>Interview<\/span><\/h3>\r\nWe will ask you about your child\u2019s condition at home, their health condition and the condition of their guardians. \r\nPlease come with your child.\r\n<\/section>\r\n\r\n

6<\/span>Notification of admission decision.<\/span><\/h3>\r\nWe will send you the necessary documents after we inform of our admission decision.
